My story of activation is a journey of starts and stops, missteps and downright falls. It is an unearthing of who I am on a soul level and what I am here to do. My journey included drug addiction, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, and self-harm. BUT, more importantly, it led to recovery, years of therapy, and lots of course correction. Along the way, I studied various religions, received an English BA, and worked as a manager in the corporate world and as a fundraiser in the nonprofit world. All through this, I would off and on invest in my own self-development or in chasing what I thought might be my path.
A few years ago, I found myself back on the precipice of a metaphorical cliff, wondering if I should jump or find a new way. Thus began the deeper and harder work - a further peeling of the onion, a relinquishing of old paradigms and beliefs, an unearthing of my own magic.
I became a Master in Usui and Kundalini Reiki, a certified Spiritual Life Coach, and a Human Design Guide. I connected with my inner knowing and followed the spark.
